The members of the Khushpur Development Committee were warmly welcomed at the Bishop House by His Excellency Rt. Rev. Bishop Indrias Rehmat, along with Rev. Fr. Nadeem John and Dr. Yousaf Riaz.

His Excellency Rt. Rev. Bishop Indrias Rehmat formally administered the oath to Dr. Yousaf Riaz, who resumed his responsibilities as the Executive Director of the Khushpur Development Program (KDP). This solemn moment marked a renewed commitment to lead the program with integrity, vision, and dedication for the holistic development of Khushpur and its surrounding communities.

Dr. Yousaf Riaz, Executive Director of the Khushpur Development Program (KDP), shared the vision, mission, and core values of the program with the KDP Committee members, following his formal oath-taking administered by His Excellency Dr. Bishop Indrias Rehmat.

He emphasized that the primary objective of KDP is to advance holistic development in Khushpur by fostering social harmony, economic empowerment, environmental sustainability, and faith-based community engagement. Through this introductory session, Dr. Riaz encouraged the committee to align their roles and responsibilities with the program’s long-term strategic goals, urging each member to act as a committed steward of positive, faith-driven transformation in the village.

Following the formal proceedings, Dr. Yousaf Riaz, Executive Director of the Khushpur Development Program (KDP), led the oath-taking ceremony for the newly appointed members of the Khushpur Development Committee. Each committee member was accompanied by a child from the village, symbolizing the shared vision of the Khushpur Development Program (KDP) and its commitment to empowering the next generation. To ensure effective and timely progress, I am pleased to announce the formation of a five-member Executive Committee to manage the day-to-day matters related to KDP. This team will work closely under the guidance of the Diocese and the Executive Director to serve the community with integrity, transparency, and purpose.
